The Making

Each Glass Collection concept starts with procuring detailed blueprints of the design and then designing the cuts on Adobe Illustrator. These drawings are then passed on to the laser which then cuts fine lines on the glass. These are then hand engraved again to a shimmering finish with brilliant clarity.

How long does shipping take?

We typically process and ship orders within 4 business days. Your order should reach you in about 8-12 days. Please note that due to the hand engraving process which takes 4 hours per glass, we cannot ship next day or expedite shipping.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return policy for items in new, unused condition. If you are not satisfied with your glasses, please contact us at abhi@retrieverglasses.com and we can start the return process.

What hapens if a glass is broken in transit?

If a glass is broken when we ship your order, please take a picture of the glass, send us the pic at abhi@retrieverglasses.com and we will send a replacement as soon as possible.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI (phonepe, gpay, payTM and others) and major credit / Debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) for secure and convenient payment. At this time, we do not accept cash on delivery or personal checks. Note: The Name you will be paying to is "Abhinay Singh".

Why dont you accept cash on delivery?

Having worked in e-commerce for a majority of my career as a CTO for DTC companies, I know that some of the cash on delivery orders are fake and gets returned to the companies, the companies lose out on shipping cost and its a waste of resources to process these orders.

As an independent crasfsmen, we dont have the bandwidth to deal with these fake orders.

I have broken a glass or two after using them for some time.

We know that glasses are easily broken. If that happens to you and you want to replace one or two glasses in the set, please email us at abhi@retrieverglasses.com, we will send you the new once, we will only charge for the replacement glasses.
